§ 12-64. Conduct of business when license permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, either directly or indirectly, to conduct any business or enterprise, for which a license or permit is required by law, ordinance or resolution of this county, without a license or permit therefor being first procured and kept in effect at all such times as required by law.
