§ 12-35. Approval of fire department prior to issuance of occupational license.

Prior to the issuance of a certificate for any new business to be located in the county, the applicant shall be required to obtain the approval of the fire department having jurisdiction of the area where the business is to be located certifying that all applicable fire codes have been complied with.
