§ 11-228. Registration.

Latest version.

Every person or entity that maintains an off-site facility for recycling or disposal of construction and demolition debris within the service area shall be required by January 1, 2018 to register with the county pursuant to the requirements herein stated.

The following activities are exempt from the provisions of this division:
(1)

On-site disposal facilities of construction and demolition debris.

(2)

Any site where clean debris is used solely as fill.
