§ 11-139. Owners' and generators' responsibilities.

Any person, corporation, establishment, firm, business, owner or agent of property within Okaloosa County who generates litter shall be responsible for ensuring such litter is managed, stored, handled, transported and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this division.
