Subject to the provisions of sections 11-107 and 11-108, no person shall produce, cause to be produced or allow to be produced, by any means
any sound, which sound, when measured inside or at the property line of those land
use categories specified in section 11-104 hereof, exceeds the applicable sound level limits set forth in section 11-104 for longer than ten percent of any measurement period, which measurement period shall
not be less than ten minutes.
