§ 11-34. Denial or suspension.

  • When the health authority has reasonable cause to suspect possibility of disease transmission due to physical impairment or disease of an employee from any food service, food outlet and/or food processing establishment employee, the health authority may:

    (1)

    Deny or suspend a health certificate.

    (2)

    Immediately exclude the employee from all food service, food outlets, and/or food processing establishments.
