§ 11-34. Denial or suspension.

When the health authority has reasonable cause to suspect possibility of disease transmission due to physical impairment or disease of an employee from any food service, food outlet and/or food processing establishment employee, the health authority may:
(1)

Deny or suspend a health certificate.

(2)

Immediately exclude the employee from all food service, food outlets, and/or food processing establishments.
