§ 11.5-21. Declaration of policy.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the county, in the exercise of its police power for the safety, public health, and general welfare, to assure equal opportunity to obtain adequate housing by all persons, regardless of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, familial status, handicap, or age, to that end, to eliminate discrimination in housing.
