§ 10-25. Fire protection during construction.

(a)

Within the boundaries of Okaloosa County, construction on new/existing commercial buildings, and subdivisions, during-construction phase shall comply with the following: Florida Fire Prevention Code/NFPA-1/16.4.3, Fire Protection During Construction.

(1)

16.4.3.1.1. When the infrastructure is being installed, and prior to the location and construction of buildings or portions thereof, the water supply for fire protection, either temporary or permanent and acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction, shall be made available prior to delivery of combustible materials.
