§ 10-23. Adoption of fire prevention codes.

There is hereby adopted by the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions potentially hazardous to life and property from fire, explosion or natural disaster within the boundaries of Okaloosa County: certain codes known as the Florida Fire Prevention Code as adopted by the state fire marshal and the Okaloosa County Fire Prevention and Life Safety Ordinance with all the updated amendments.
