Subject to the exemptions or variances, no person shall produce, cause to be produced
or allow to be produced, by any means, any sound which, when measured inside or at
the property line of those land use categories specified hereinabove exceeds the applicable
sound level limits set forth for longer than ten percent of any measurement period,
which measurement period shall not be less than ten minutes.
