§ 6.07.12. Review.

The neighborhood park land purchase and construction fees shall be reviewed by the board of county commissioners no less than once every six years. The review shall consider the adequacy of the service to meet the needs of new demands created by new developments. The purpose of this review is to analyze the effects of inflation on the actual acquisition and operation of the parks. This review will consider any changes have occurred in county revenue sources and their effect upon the funding of the parks.
