§ 6.06.07. Regional stormwater management facilities.

The use of regional or master planned stormwater management facilities is encouraged.

2.

Projects discharging to an approved regional stormwater management facility shall be presumed to meet all applicable stormwater quantity and quality criteria set for in this ordinance provided:

a.

The regional facility is operating as designed under a currently valid permit identified by the applicant, and

b.

The applicant provides written verification from the operating agency certifying that the facility has adequate capacity to provide quantity and quality control for the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the existing permits, and accepting the volume and rate of discharge from the proposed project.
