§ 6.05.01. Applicability.

The requirements and standards of this chapter shall apply to all new development, redevelopment and commercial expansions of 50 percent or more to existing site area plan in the county. Landscaping required by this section shall be in addition to any compatibility screening required elsewhere in this ordinance.
