§ 6.01.05. Installation of physical improvements.

Before any plat can be approved and before any lot can be sold in the proposed subdivision; the following shall be satisfactorily completed:

The developer shall secure all necessary permits and install all improvements as shown on the approved construction drawings and certified by the developer's engineer. Temporary stabilization of roadside swales and other swales where permanent stabilization is not practicable shall be acceptable until completion of adjacent structures at which time permanent stabilization shall be established.

2.

The developer shall ensure that all appropriate erosion control measures as required by the county engineer are installed and maintained throughout the length of project development.
