§ 6.01.02. Prohibition.

No person shall subdivide land within the county, or commence construction of any building on such land prior to the approval and recording of a final plat or, in the case of a two lot division of land, a recorded boundary survey, in accordance with the provisions thereof; nor shall any person construct or build any building on any land not legally surveyed and set aside by plat or boundary survey as a building site.
