§ 2.11.06. Bulk regulations.

Bulk regulations for AC districts shall be as prescribed in Table 2.7.

 If the property abuts multiple roads, the front setback shall be from the road from which the subject property's address is derived, with the rear being the side opposite the front provided, however, that in no case shall a building intrude into a visibility triangle of an adjacent property or road intersection, nor shall any building intrude into a roadway right-of-way area.
