§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Donlabrook Gardyns Municipal Services Benefit Unit, hereinafter referred to as the district, for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All those properties bordering Donlabrook Boulevard and Holbrook Circle in Donlabrook Gardyns, a Planned Unit Development, as recorded in the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
