§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit, (MSBU) to be known as the Sylvania Heights Municipal Services Benefit Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "district," for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County not included within the Northgate MSBU Street Lighting District shall comprise the district:

The area to be bound on the East by Jonquil Avenue; on the South by Lovejoy Road; on the West by Pineview Subdivision; and on the North by Pinedale 1st and 2nd Additions.
