§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Willow Bend Municipal Services Benefit Unit, hereinafter referred to as the district, for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All properties having street addresses on Willow Bend, Georgetown, Willow Grove, N. Windsor Lane, Old Carriage Lane, Bentwood, and Yorktown Circle, near Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida.
