§ 2. Lake Pippin Channel Maintenance Municipal Services Benefit Unit.

There is hereby created and established the Lake Pippin Channel Maintenance Municipal Services Benefit Unit under the authority of Section 125.01, Florida Statutes (1988). The unit shall consist of all real properties outlined in red on Exhibit "A," attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference, excepting that parcel designated as Parcel -0002, 0030, and Lots 1 and 2, North Lake Pippin Estates Subdivision.
