§ 10. Repeal of ordinance.

In the event that this ordinance is repealed by the board of county commissioners and all outstanding liabilities of the benefit unit have been satisfied, any excess funds remaining shall be divided and disbursed by certified mail to the property owners pro rata at the addresses based on the tax roll for the previous fiscal year.
