§ 8. Disposition of proceeds from levy of annual special assessments.

Those funds obtained from the levy of the annual special assessments on the parcels of real property within the boundaries of the benefit unit shall be maintained in a separate account and used solely for the purpose of providing such services, operations and facilities as determined to be appropriate by the board upon the recommendation of the advisory committee within the boundaries of the benefit unit only.
