§ 2. Mathis Lane Municipal Services Benefit Unit [created].

There is hereby created and established the Mathis Lane Municipal Services Benefit Unit under the authority of Section 125.01, Florida Statutes (1988). The unit shall consist of all real property outlined in red on Exhibit "A", attached to Ordinance No. 89-01 and incorporated herein by this reference.
