§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Colony Estates II Municipal Services Benefit Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "district," for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All properties having street addresses on Alden Drive, Jamestown Avenue, Pilgrim Avenue, Plymouth Avenue and Standish Court. It shall also include those properties having street addresses on Pocahantas Drive from number 500 through 587, inclusive, and from number 936 through 952, inclusive, on Priscilla Drive from number 110 through 211, inclusive, and on Standish Lane from 700 through 703, inclusive. All of said properties being commonly known as the Colony Estates Area, near Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida.
