§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Hidden Trails Subdivision Municipal Services Benefit Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "district," for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

Hidden Trails Subdivision Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 6 at Pages 85 through 87; Hidden Trails Subdivision—Phase 3, as recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 11; Hidden Trails—Phase 4, a Planned Unit Development, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 18; Hidden Trails V, a Planned Unit Development, as recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 37, all as recorded in the Official Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.

Less and except:

Lots 14 through 23, inclusive, Hidden Trails V, a Planned Unit Development, as recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 37.
