§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This article is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Lake Charleston Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "district", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All of the properties within the boundaries of, Yorktown at Willow Bend on the North, Willow Bend Phase 1 and 2 on the West, Eglin Air Force Reservation on the East, and Georgetown at Willow Bend on the South.
