§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be knows as the High Grove Plantation Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "District", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All of the properties within the boundaries of, Vickie Leigh Drive on the South, unplatted land on the East and West, and Bradford Place Apartments Subdivision on the North.
