§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services taxing unit to be known as the Valencia Arms Subdivision Street Lighting and Maintenance District, hereinafter referred to as the "district," for the purpose of providing street lighting and maintenance for the benefit of the commercial and private residents of the district. All of the following area in Okaloosa County shall be included in and comprise the district:

The area includes all of Valencia Arms Subdivision as described in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance No. 83-17, and made a part hereof.
