§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the China Cove Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "district," for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All of lots 1 thru 17, and lots 28 thru 44, Block B, Pine Meadows Addition No. 3, Phase 2, Plat Book 7, Page 43, Okaloosa County, and Lots 1 thru 10, China's Cove, Plat Book 11, Page 35, Okaloosa County.
