§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This Ordinance is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Eagles Nest Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "District", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the District. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the District:

All of the properties within Eagles Nest Townhomes MSBU bordered on the North by Lewis Turner Blvd., on the East by Pine Alley Street, on the South by Ft. Walton City Golf Course (including lots 9, 10, 11, & 12 of Woodland Acres Subdivision recorded in plat book 2 page 115). On the West by Shady Street up to the North lot line of lot 5 Woodland Acres Subdivision; on the South by all of lot 5 Woodland Acres and on the West again by the North portion of the East line of lot 4 of Woodland Acres and the East line of lot 2 of Woodland Acres;
