§ 22. Effective date.

The provisions of this Ordinance applicable to real properties in the unincorporated areas of Okaloosa County shall take effect upon filing of a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Department of State within ten (10) days after enactment, and the provisions applicable to real properties within the City of Destin shall take effect when consented to by the governing body of the City of Destin as provided by Section 125.01 (q), Florida Statutes.
