§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This article is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of F.S. §§ 125.01(1)(q) and 125.01(2).

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Glenwood Court Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "district", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All of the properties within Glenwood Court Subdivision the boundaries are Valparaiso Pinecrest Addition to Valparaiso, Florida Sheet 3, Subdivision No. 6 Block #77 on the South, Block #76 on the East, Block #69 on the North, and Emory Thomas Subdivision on the West.
