§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This article is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the Emerald Village 1st and 2nd Addition Municipal Services Benefit Unit, thereinafter referred to as the "district", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the District. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the District:

All of the properties within Emerald Village 1st and 2nd Addition Subdivision the boundaries are Emerald Village Subdivision on the north, un-platted land and Combs Manor Subdivision on the south, commercial land on the west, conservation areas on the east.
