§ 1. Creation; boundaries.

This article is enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of F.S. §§ 125.01(1)(q), and 125.01(2).

There is hereby created a municipal services benefit unit to be known as the "Bent Tree Phase 2 Municipal Services Benefit Unit", thereinafter referred to as the "district", for the purpose of providing street lighting for the benefit of the residents of the district. The following described properties in Okaloosa County shall comprise the district:

All of the properties within Bent Tree Phase 2 Subdivision the boundaries are Bent Tree S/D on the North, Bent Tree on the east; Vickie Leigh Drive on the south, and Bent Tree Subdivision on the west.
